Bloggers Banquet 2: This Saturday
Just another shout out that the Bloggers Banquet 2 is on this Saturday, hosted by Purple Goddess at her holiday home in Dromana. I am very excited about the event. Everything, except the drive that is.
Today I decided that I would get cracking on my contribution. I was originally planning on a chicken and rice dish (kind of like an oven roasted risotto), but lacking time I have sttled on some simple chocolate tartlettes, made with a mix of dark and milk Belgian chocolate and a hint of orange zest. Hopefully they will go down well.

For all the details visit: A Goddess in the Kitchen and email PG herself. I hope to see many of you there.

Oh YUM! I'm looking forward to trying one of those. Our food prep starts tonight.
See you there. :-)
Sadly we are now piking. We have two family members in hospital, one in Epping, one in the Southern suburbs so there will be great distances covered which will negate the drive to Dromana.
Hope you have a great time. Looking forward to the snaps and posts.
Thanks Cindy - look forward to seeing you there.
What a pitty Sticky, and hope you feel better yourself. I'll be sure to snap everything up and give a good account of the day.
Jon, I just found room in my stomach for the choc tartlette that I sneaked home with me - fantastic! Thank you.
Thanks Cindy, Glad you enjoyed. I must say when we heard you were bringing tofu balls everyone was a bit skeptical, but they were wonderful, and that sauce also amazing. Thanks very much to you as well :)
